| Irish Orders - Stock Mouldings |

If the order is placed before 2pm, the order will be shipped the same day for delivery at your premises the next business day. |

| Please inquire with our customer service team as to the delivery time on international shipments as they are country specific. |

| Orders - Non-Stock Mouldings |
| In the case of non-stock orders delivery is 6 to 8 weeks from date of order confirmation. |

| What is your claims and returns policy? |

Claims
for damage must be advised within 2 days of receipt of goods. Claims for
non-delivery or shortages must be advised within 7 days of invoice date. Goods returned to the company must be in their original packing & packed securely to reduce the chance of damage in transit. Goods will not be credited if returned to the company in a damaged condition. |

The cost of delivery to Northern Ireland is £4.95 per delivery. The cost of delivery to The Republic of Ireland is €11.60 per delivery. The cost of delivery to the UK Mainland is included in the quoted price. |
